Welcome to Mighty Mom, MD

My name is Dr. Archana, and I’m a physician and life coach. I’m so excited to connect with you and show you how to become a Mighty Mom from the inside out.

I provide personal wellness coaching for smart, professional women just like you. We high-achieving super moms are incredibly giving both at home and at work and often sacrifice ourselves as we take care of everyone else. But over time this can lead to burnout, being out of shape, and even cause chronic medical problems.

My goal as your self-care coach is to help you get into a daily self-care routine, lose weight for the last time, and become the CEO of your Mighty life.

So don’t wait another day because you deserve to feel mighty. And when you feel your best, you will have more to give to others, too.

Let’s do this together!

What Clients are Saying…

"I've lost 12.6 lbs and 21 inches so far. I was so happy to step on the scale and see that!! I went shopping yesterday and I was down 2 pant sizes and fit into small shirts! I was doing my happy dance in the changing room. Ha ha! I am finally getting the hang of this healthy lifestyle with your help."

Rebecca H.

"Today is my one month anniversary in the challenge group. I weighed in this morning and have lost 11 lbs so far in just 30 days! Moreover my skin looks 5 years younger and is glowing!!! People have told me I look skinny and I am so happy with my results so far. I'm so excited to be doing this! I've learned so much about health and fitness through the group."

Lizzie G.

"I'm so excited to have found a comprehensive approach with fitness, nutrition and overall mindfulness and self care. I'm 9 weeks strong, have lost 17 pounds and 11 inches and most importantly, I feel great and my son is learning some healthy habits. 41 isn't too shabby!"
