Welcome to Mighty Mom, MD

My name is Archana, and I’m so excited to connect with you and tell you more about how I can help you reach your goals.

I provide personal wellness coaching for busy working women. Moms are incredibly giving and are great at taking care of everyone else, but often times they put themselves and their own health and wellness on the back burner. But over time this can lead to being out of shape, fatigue and even medical problems.

My goal as your coach is to help you feel your best and live your best life, even as a busy working mom. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to take a lot of time. I will provide you with a comprehensive solution that gives you fitness, nutrition, accountability and support in reaching your goals. And the custom plan that I give you will be one that you can fit into your busy life.

You’ll get workouts, meal plans, support and get to be a part of a fun fitness community to help keep you on the road to a healthy lifestyle.
