As your coach, I will give you a customized fitness recommendation with workouts that are appropriate for your fitness level and that you can fit into your busy schedule. You’ll be able to get DVDs or stream your workouts anywhere and from any device. I love working out at home because in the time it used to take me to drive back and forth to the gym many times I have already completed my workout. Plus I can work out at a time that works for my schedule. Having access to streaming workouts is fantastic because I can still get my workouts in even while traveling.
I’ll also give you an easy to follow, portion control meal plan that can be personalized to your goals and dietary restrictions.
You’ll get color-coded containers that teach you to eat the right amount of each food group in the right portions. This plan does not cut out any one food group, because let’s face it, it’s impossible to cut out carbs for the rest of your life.
You’ll even get superfood shakes that you’ll drink daily to help support your nutrition along with your fitness journey.
