Thanks for clicking through to this page. I’m so glad you are here! My name is Archana and I’m the founder of Mighty Mom MD. I’m also a mom of 2 kids, a wife, an emergency physician (I work in the ER) and a personal online health and fitness coach.
I started out on my own fitness journey a few years ago, lost 35 lbs of baby weight, overcame stress eating (and a bad sweet tooth) and have kept the weight off long term. And now I’m feeling mightier than ever before! I decided to become a coach so that I could pay it forward and help other people feel their best by reaching their health and fitness goals.
I’m excited to hear more about YOUR goals and to figure out how I can best serve you and EMPOWER you to reach your goals. I’m really passionate about helping other busy women get fit and have a MIGHTY transformation (and not just a physical one, but a mental and emotional one too.)
We ladies often put our own self care last, but I know from first hand experience that we cannot pour from an empty cup. We must first take some time (and it doesn’t have to be a lot of time) to care for ourselves in order to be able to give to others. And when we do that we bring out the best in ourselves and those around us.
